This Return and Replacement Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning or replacing products purchased through our website www.tatahcabins.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
Customized or perishable products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
3. Replacement Policy
Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for replacement.
Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.

5. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
